The Bharat Gaurav Lifetime Achievement Award

The Bharat Gaurav Award (meaning 'Pride of India') recognizes and rewards the exceptional achievements of individuals from around the globe who are working to “make India proud”. Influential leaders who have received this prestigious award come from all fields and industries within the public and private sectors. 

Recently, Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda was bestowed with the Bharat Gaurav Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his life devoted to helping others advance on the path to God. Among his many achievements, Paramahamsa Vishwananda has established the international spiritual organization called Bhakti Marga (the ‘path of devotion’), which has organized and supported events all over the world that focus on his teachings of Divine Love and the realization of one’s Divine Self.

Past recipients of this award range from the social activist Umesh Kumar Sharma to the composer and musician Shri Ravindra Jain and they reside not only in India, but in the United States, England, Germany, Spain, and the Philippines.
